This is Kawaii Pet Megu, a cute little Japanese ipod touch game that simulates a Tamagochi, except without the dying part. (I think. I haven't gone very far yet, only level 9 as you can see.)

The Engrish is quirky and adorable <3 although I wonder what being "bone lazy" means...
